Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) is a programme developed to upskill employees within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Swindon and Wiltshire. SSW provides recognised, accredited qualifications and bespoke training courses to enhance your employees’ skills, increase the competitiveness of your business and boost the local economy.
HR Champions is part of Serco’s network of expert organisations chosen to deliver the SSW programme in your area. Because SSW is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), we can support your workforce at no extra cost to your business.
HR Champions specialise in Management Development training, with over 20 years trading experience. They will be delivering a 4 day course in ILM Level 3 Certificate in Coaching on the 9th, 24th and 30th March.
This intensive programme is designed for first line managers to enable them to develop the tools, knowledge and confidence to coach people as part of their normal working role. This course is run as a three day programme, with additional on the job coaching delivery to be carried out in the workplace by the delegate, with telephone support and on site coaching provided by the trainer.
The course will cover -
Day 1 - Understanding Good Practice in Workplace Coaching
Day 2 - Undertaking Coaching in the Workplace
Day 3 - Reflecting on Work Place Coaching Skills
Delegates are expected to keep a diary of their coaching to submit as evidence of the coaching experiences to successfully complete the programme. Delegates will be required to attend all 3 training days.
